(79) SMEs entrepreneurs from North Okkalapa, North Dagon, Shwepaukkan, South Okkalapa, Mingaladone (Yangon) Zones attended this Workshop. (Free of Charge)

Project Cycle Management for Senior Government Officials’

              The training of Project Cycle Management’ for Senior Government Officialswas conducted by Department of Small and Medium Enterprises Development, Directorate of Industrial Supervision and Inspection (DISI), Ministry of Industry, in cooperation with FNF Organization from 3rd to 7th August, 2015 at Department of Small and Medium Enterprises Development, Yangon Region.

                  At the opening ceremony, Daw Tin Mar Lu, Director, Department of Small and Medium Enterprises Development, Directorate of Industrial Supervision and Inspection (DISI), Ministry of Industry delivered on opening address and Daw Nway Nway Soe, Program Manager from FNF Organization (Germany) delivered which activities of FNF are going on in Myanmar as a short note.

              U Bobby, CEO from Network Activities Group shared the knowledge in organizing with International Organizations, NGOs and INGOs for implementing a complete project and successfully managed the logistic tasks. In this training, the topics on Understanding Projects, Project Cycle and Stakeholders, Problem Analysis and Objective Formulation, monitoring and Evaluation, Work & Budget Planning, Formulating a Proposal and Report Writing Techniques were shared and group work tasks were performing along the training program.  

              Government officials from Department of SME Development from Regions and states including Nay Pyi Taw Council, all total 19 participants attended in this training.

 

ToT on Entrepreneurship Development & Training on COMFAR

"ToT on Entrepreneurship Development & Training on COMFAR"

            The Training on "ToT on Entrepreneurship Development & Training on COMFAR (UNIDO's Financial Feasibility Tool)" was conducted by Department of Small and Medium Enterprises Development, Directorate of Industrial Supervision and Inspection (DISI), Ministry of Industry, in cooperation with UNIDO Organization from 10th to 15th August, 2015 at Department of Small and Medium Enterprises Development, No.35 (B)/ 15, New University Avenue, Bahan Township, Yangon Region.  

              At the Opening Ceremony, Daw Tin Mar Lu, Director, Department of Small and Medium Enterprises Development, Directorate of Industrial Supervision and Inspection (DISI), Ministry of Industry delivered on opening address. 

              In this training, foreign expert Mr.Arup Rai Baruah, Senior Enterprise Development specialist of UNIDO & Mr. Mehrdad Rahmanifar, Enterprise Development & COMFAR specialist conducted various characteristics of entrepreneurs, effective communication, time management, production planning & inventory management, costing and pricing of services, basic book keeping, marketing management, profitability statement, business plan & UNIDO's financial feasibility tool of COMFAR.

              After attending this training, trainers will teach young and women entrepreneur who to increase their capacity building within coming months at their sector. Government officials from Department of SME Development from States, Regions and BDS Provider porticipants all total 35 participants attended in ToT on Entrepreneurship Development Training and all total 32 Participants attended in Training on COMFAR (UNIDO's Financial Feasibility Tool).
